All plans follow the same risk-based approach to snow and ice conditions. Seasonal contracts provide the greatest predictability, automatic repeat service and pre-season planning, while prepaid seasonal clients receive 10% off their agreed winter contract.

What Fixed Seasonal Contracts Include
Our monthly and prepaid seasonal plans are designed as complete winter-maintenance programs covering November 1 through March 31.
Snow Plowing
Mechanical clearing of designated roads, driveways, parking areas, parkade ramps and vehicle-access surfaces.
Pedestrian Snow Clearing
Clearing of designated sidewalks, walkways, entrances, stairs and pedestrian routes.
Salting, De-Icing & Slip Management
Preventative and responsive treatment for ice, black ice, refreeze and changing surface conditions.
Repeat Service
Additional attendance when continued snowfall, new precipitation, prolonged cold, refreeze or changing site conditions require it.
Pre-Season Site Inspection
Professional review of service areas, access points, ramps, hazards, drainage, snow-storage locations, high-risk surfaces and equipment requirements before winter begins.
Service Documentation
GPS-tracked activity, timestamped photos and service records supporting clearer winter-maintenance accountability.
Seasonal properties are also incorporated into our winter route planning before the season starts. Service priorities remain driven first by property risk and current conditions, while established monthly and prepaid clients typically receive additional scheduling priority as part of our long-term service relationships.
CONDITIONS DRIVE THE RESPONSE
Service Is Based on Risk — Not Just Snow Depth
A fixed snowfall depth does not always reflect what is happening on the ground.
Wet snow near freezing, slush, rapidly falling temperatures and light accumulation followed by a freeze can create very different risks. Our plowing response considers surface conditions, temperature, precipitation and the likelihood of ice formation, rather than relying exclusively on one centimetre threshold.
Salting and de-icing are generally triggered when temperatures reach 0°C or below and conditions create a risk of freezing or slippery surfaces.
Additional service may be required when conditions change because of:
